The Pilates Studio Bangkok

Working at The Pilates studio Bangkok was amazing! The studio is equipped with everything you need for a full Pilates workout, and the staff there - from receptionist to the teachers, and clients are very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was a pleasure to work among such highly-trained teachers. Thanks to Ory the director, the studio has achieved an international standard in teaching, and is first class in the Pilates technique. I am looking forward to my return. I would like to say thank you to all the staff and clients for the time I had at the studio.

I would highly recommend anyone to train at The Pilates Studio Bangkok. Amazing!

This book is based on the evidence from research undertaken by the authors over a number of years. In this new edition they have taken the opportunity to extend the scope of the book to accommodate the most recent evidence, which has emerged since the first edition was published in 1999.
