Here is something for you to think about
Looking at the pic above in the set up for "One hundred" you see I have lifted my head and shoulders.
So this has not only activated my T.A, but my upper rectus is now in play, as it is the upper rectus that causes flexion in th upper trunk! What do you think ?... See More
I will give you a isolation alternative of the One hundred with pic that only activates the T.A!! its a great alternative and challenging
