- Hip stability peel off heel then toe from mat as you lift leg into table to extend leg from knee and lower
- You can Use your thumb and finger to check for hip stability
Visulisations . As you breath in the breath comes up to your eyes where the spine starts and as you breath out the breath will move down the spine to the tail bone as the tail bone up V. as you breath in there is a gap of air between each vertebrae

- Lifting one leg into table top on the out breath extend from the knee so heel faces ceiling on in breath lower just below knee on the out breath return straight leg on the in breath, bend back on the out breath and lower on the in breath repeat with other leg.
